1. The service

ChargeIntel is provided as-is and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability.

2. Acceptable use

Use ChargeIntel lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

3. Intellectual property

The ChargeIntel name, design, and software are owned by Agonist Development AB. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

4. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
