ChargeIntel is operated by Agonist Development AB. This policy explains what we collect and your rights. We are privacy-first and collect the minimum needed to run the product.

1. What we collect

• Waitlist email — if you join the waitlist, we store your email to notify you about launch.
• Anonymous usage analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting product metrics. We never sell your data.

2. Why we use it

To operate ChargeIntel, notify you about availability, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app tracking.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data under your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in improving the product.

4. Sharing

We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting and lead storage) solely to run the service, under data-processing agreements.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@chargeintel.se.
